2. We are a reseller of products shown, unless expressly noted in product description. The Luxe Refluxe has no affiliation with any of the brand names, trademarks or logos presented on this website. All efforts are made to authenticate products to the best of our ability based upon several authentication steps we take. If you believe any of our products listed for sale are counterfeit, please use our contact form to let us know so we can investigate.

All content on the website, including listings and images, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our express permission. 

4. Liability and Disclaimer:

We provide the website "as is" and make no warranties.

We are not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of the website.

5. Payment:

Payment for items is due at time of checkout. All products listed are in-stock and will be shipped after checkout within 3-5 business days.

6. Return Policy: 

We don't accept returns of our products due to the great lengths we go to in listing the product description, condition, and measurements.  You are responsible for ensuring the measurements listed will fit you.  If you are not completely satisfied with your product received, please contact us within two business days of receipt to discuss the matter.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on the website.

10. Due to state sales tax laws and the very small size of our business, we don't currently offer product sales shipping to the state of Florida.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but is necessary to comply with  state sales tax laws.
